Uniworld Resort has approximately 160 luxury villas. In each of the two plot sizes; 420 sm and 840 sm, there are two different villa designs. One with the Living area at the rear extending into a private garden; and the other more conventional, with the Living area in the front overlooking a garden, facing the street. While the larger villas enjoy their own lap pools on the ground level, the smaller villas have outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace, giving the development a resort feel. The well crafted sloping roofs while enhancing the facade, adds to this very ambiance of a resort.
