AIR, a 120 meter high iconic apartment building with 41 floors, forms an integral part of the 18 acre mixed use development along with 4 other residential towers. The building sits on a podium, accessed by ramps, seamlessly integrated with the landscape. A void in the upper part of the tower, forms a prominent element in the building facade while assisting in the wind forces for the structural design. The lower two floors accommodate the foyer and other facilities such as lounge, cafe, gymnasium etc. Large penthouses occupy the top two levels of the tower enjoying large city vistas.
