Designed on a tight 1.5 acre site, the four blocks are placed to generate high street effect on the lower three floors housing various types of retail. The largest block, forming the highrise, accommodates the office spaces above the retail and serviced apartments on the top. The form clearly defines the three different building functions: retail, offices and serviced apartments, each having a dedicated entrance foyer.
