As part of the prestigious Aligarh Muslim University, the New Management Institute funded by Mr. Frank Islam, is designed around a series of progressive courtyards. The Fore Court leads to the Palm Court which further connects to the Amphitheatre Court. The beautifully landscaped courts are flanked by three distinct building blocks, the Academic, the Faculty and the Library block, each connected via colonnades and bridges.

This institutional building is a modern interpretation of Islamic Architecture, reflected in the geometry of traditional arches and jaalis; contributing to the regional and cultural character.
